Event Setup Form

This form must be submitted for all events and programs taking place in our building or on our grounds that require setup. Setup includes any logistical needs you may have. This form must be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your event. Questions? Contact Genevieve Yanity 215-646-5806 ext 211.

Please contact Genevieve Yanity if you need a printed copy of the room diagrams.

E-mail Genevieve at gyanity@bethor.org or fax (215-646-0173) a room diagram marked up with layout for your event.  

Furniture
If you have tables, please indicate the number of chairs per table you will need. If you need chairs only, please indicate how many you need and how you want them set up. ie 20 chairs in a circle.
Shabbat table includes Shabbat set up (candles, wine, challah) unless otherwise specified.
